CircusSeen workshops are dedicated to ensuring your Beavers, Rainbows, Cubs, Brownies, Scouts or Guides Club have an energetic, educational circus adventure. Our experienced Instructors will lead students through a diverse range of circus equipment to get both the body and mind active and engaged! The members even have the opportunity to earn their Circus Performer/Skills Badge!
All the workshops come with a professional workshop leader and start with an interactive introduction that includes a demonstration of the different equipment, a historic journey to the equipments origins and an environment + skills safety briefing. The students are split into small groups and work round every skill.
We create an electric atmosphere with circus music to get everyone moving, then balance the chaos and calm the room in-between each skill with quiet time, where we take a breath.
Take the workshop off the floor and add in a Balance Skills Section to your workshop! Balance skills include Monster Feet, Handheld Stilts, Pedal Racers, Fun Wheels and our amazing TightWire Rig. This optional section requires an additional workshop leader at an additional cost.
We encourage students to work with balance, coordinated movement and ‘brain gym’ exercising as well as help improve social interaction and communication skills. There are countless amounts of benefits to learning circus skills. Visit the Advantages / Benefits page for more information.
At the end of the workshop the students get to perform a circus show for one another. Lead by the workshop leader acting as the Ringmaster the budding stars are given the opportunity to present there new found skills to rapturous applause, gaining their Circus Performer/Skills Badge!
The capacity of these workshops are for up to 30 students and we advocate Leaders and Assistants to get involved too! For larger groups additional workshop leaders are required at an additional cost.
Travel will be added at 60p/mile. We are dedicated to working within our clients budget, for more information please contact us.
